Mission

HHR was created to assist the current and potential clients and residents of the Houston Housing Authority by developing innovative approaches to affordable housing and client self-sufficiency. The mission of HHR is to create innovative approaches to promote self-sufficiency, advance affordable housing, and improve quality of life.

Vision

HHR is a catalyst for the delivery of effective programs and services to those receiving, or eligible to receive housing assistance. We accomplish this by being a leader, partner and advocate among the area's nonprofit human service and affordable housing agencies.
