As part of the Houston Housing Authority’s commitment to improving our services, we will transition to a new computer system. The new application will be a more comprehensive tool that enhances property management, tenant services, and compliance tracking. During this transition, the agency will experience a scheduled blackout period: October 11th, 6:00 PM – November 4th, 8:00 AM.
During this time, the following services will be temporarily affected:
- Processing of vouchers and inspections of all types will be delayed.
- Updates on housing applications, certifications, payments, and inspections will not be available.
- Changes to client or landlord information will not be processed.
