Our competitive salary and benefits package includes a choice of two Medical PPO plans with Pharmacy benefits and access to a large network of service providers. HHA pays approximately 70% of the premium cost, and employees pay 30%, plus annual deductibles, out-of-pocket, and co-pays.
Dental Insurance
Dental Insurance
Three Dental plans to choose from: DHMO, DPPO Value, and DPPO NAP. With our DHMO plan, you must select an in-network Primary Care Dentist. Its greatest advantage includes no annual deductible and no annual coverage limits. PPO plans have an annual deductible and a $1000 annual maximum coverage. Participants have the flexibility of using out-of-network providers; however, the coverage will be less than in-network services.

Vision plan benefits include annual eye examination, a pair of basic frames, and contact lenses in the same plan year.
Life & AD&D Insurance
Life & AD&D Insurance
HHA provides Basic Term Life valued at 150% of the annual salary, plus $10,000 and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Coverage.
Pension

HHA offers a diversified contribution plan, in which the agency annually contributes 8.5% of the employee’s annual salary. Employees have a mandatory 2% contribution. They are eligible for an optional post-tax contribution between 1% and 8%.

HHA offers employees Section 125 Cafeteria Plan with Pre-Tax options. Employees may elect to make pre-tax contributes to the Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) program and save even more on payroll taxes.

Flexible Work Schedule
Flexible Work Schedule
HHA offices are open to the public on normal business days, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Flexible work schedules are intended to provide flexibility to both the employee and HHA to meet the basic objective of providing reliable service.
Flexible Morning Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
Flexible Lunch Hours: 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Flexible Afternoon Hours: 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m

HHA recognizes 13 paid holidays per year, which include New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King, Jr.’s Birthday, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, The Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas, and a Floater day.

Employees may be eligible for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program. It helps an employee to write off the remaining balance on direct federal student loans. Certain provisions may apply.
