Houston Housing Authority Public Housing Residential Lease Agreement

The Houston Housing Authority (HHA) has posted for comments a proposed revision to its Public Housing Residential Lease Agreement. Comments to the proposed lease will now be accepted until 5:00 P.M. Friday, December 12, 2025. Following the public review and comment period, the revision will be presented to HHA’s Board of Commissioners for consideration and approval.

HHA will consider all comments received during the public comment period. Written comments on the revised Lease must be received in writing by 5:00 P.M. on Friday, December 12, 2025.
