The Houston Housing Authority is leading engagement in a comprehensive Choice Neighborhood planning process to redevelop severely distressed public housing and leverage additional critical improvements in the surrounding Near Northside community.  Lead Partners include the City of Houston, co-applicant in this process; the city Planning and Development Department, as Neighborhood lead; LISC Houston, as Planning Coordinator and Neighborhood co-lead; and, Avenue CDC, as the People lead.  This team was formed due to the collective planning, housing, development, community engagement, and local experience.  This team is supported by other organizations listed below.
