Houston Housing Authority (HHA) uses RENT CAFÉ to communicate with Applicants, Residents and Landlords so you must create a Rent Café account

• You are an APPLICANT if you do not participate in any HHA program, are on any HHA waiting list, or want to apply to any open HHA waiting list
• You are a RESIDENT or a LANDLORD if you participate in any HHA program

To CREATE a Rent Café account:

1. APPLICANTS click the red CLICK HERE button below, then click the APPLICANT LOGIN link at the top of the next page. Follow instructions for First Time Visitors
2. RESIDENTS click the red CLICK HERE button below, then click the RESIDENT LOGIN link at the top of the next page. Follow instructions for First Time Visitors
3. LANDLORDS click the red CLICK HERE button below, then click the LANDLORD LOGIN link at the top of the next page. Follow instructions for First Time Visitors

UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION
After You Have Created An Account in HHA’s New Rent Café, every RESIDENT and LANDLORD must have their current information in HHA’s new Rent Café

To UPDATE information in your Rent Café account:

1. RESIDENTS click the red CLICK HERE button below, then click the RESIDENT LOGIN link at the top of the next page. Follow instructions for Returning Visitors to login to your account
2. LANDLORDS click the red CLICK HERE button below, then click the LANDLORD LOGIN link at the top of the next page. Follow instructions for Returning Visitors to login to your account

UPDATE YOUR 2016 WAITING LIST APPLICATION
After You Have Created An Account in HHA’s New Rent Café, every APPLICANT already on the 2016 HCV (Section 8) Waiting List must “save my spot” in HHA’s new Rent Café

To SAVE MY SPOT in your Rent Café account:
