Houston Housing Authority Residential Lease Agreement
and
Admissions and Continued Occupancy Plan
The Houston Housing Authority (HHA) has posted for comments a proposed revision to its Residential Lease Agreement and Admissions and Continued Occupancy Plan. Comments to the proposed lease and plan will now be accepted until 5:00 P.M. Monday, September 8, 2025. Following the public review and comment period, the revision will be presented to the Housing Authority’s Board of Commissioners for consideration and approval.

Written comments must be received by the close of the public comment period. HHA will consider all comments received during the public comment period. Written comments on the revised Lease must be received in writing by 5:00 P.M. on Monday, September 8, 2025. Comments can be submitted by mail to:
